Bialys

A bialy is often described as a cross between a bagel and an English muffin. Flatter than a bagel with an indentation - not a hole - in the top that is generally filled with onions and poppy seeds, it is crisper and denser than a bagel and when toasted, is crunchy.

At Finagle, we make all our bialys by hand, and fill them with a traditional onion mixture. In our retail stores, we form the dough and bake them fresh daily in front of the guests. In our central baking facility, we make, bake and freeze the bialys daily for sale in Grocery and Club stores nationwide.

Like all our bakery products, our bialys are all-natural without chemical dough conditioners or artificial preservatives.

Send us your favorite bialy recipes. Enjoy.
