We offer both a 3 oz and 4 oz bagel in a variety of flavors to fit your needs. Our bagel recipe is all-natural, without chemical dough conditioners and preservatives such as L-cystine and DATEM. We use high-gluten wheat flour from North Dakota without fillers. Our bagel recipes use only high-quality ingredients such as liquid malt, fresh yeast, real veggies or whole eggs.
