Pizza Bagel

1 Finagle A Bagel bagel (your favorite variety)
3 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Preheat toaster to 375 degrees.

  1. Slice bagel in 1/2 (as if you were going to toast the bagel).
  2. Place 1/2 of the sauce on each half of the bagel.
  3. Place 1/2 of the cheese on each half of the bagel.
  4. Place both halves on toaster oven tray and slide the pizza bagel into the toaster.
  5. Cook in toaster until the cheese is bubbly and brown, 5-8 minutes (toasters vary with time and temperature).

Quick note: This recipe can be made in a conventional oven. This recipe can also be doubled or tripled in quantity.

Lox & Cream Cheese Panini

1 Finagle A Bagel Everything Bagel
2 slices Lox
2 tbsp Scallion Cream Cheese
2 slices Tomatoes
2 slices Red Onione
1 tsp non-stick olive oil spray

Preheat Panini Press.

  1. Slice Finagle A Bagel Everything Bagel in half.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of the Scallion Cream Cheese on each half of the bagel.
  3. On the bottom half of the bagel, place the Lox, Tomato and Red Onion. Place the top half of the bagel onto the sandwich.
  4. Spray bagel with non-stick olive oil spray one time on each side of the sandwich.
  5. Place sandwich in Panini press and press down gently until sandwich is hot and golden brown on both sides.

Quick note: If you do not have a Panini press, make your Panini on a conventional range. You will need 2 saute pans: 1 pan needs to be smaller and fit inside of the other pan. Place larger pan over medium heat. Place sandwich in pan, cover with aluminum foil, and press sandwich down gently using the 2nd saute pan. Flip sandwich over after 1st half is golden brown.
