Bagel Chips

We've been making Bagel Chips in our stores for more than 10 years and our guests really love them. We've notice however that bagel "chips" offered in grocery stores are made from logs of dough that were never bagels to begin with and certainly weren't boiled and baked like our bagels. So we began experimenting with making bagel chips at our bagel bakery in larger quantities. It takes a lot of bagels to make enough bagel chips but we promise that every Finagle Chips starts out as one of our all natural bagels. They are true bagel chips.
